Guest lecture on “NBA Accreditation for Polytechnic” by Prof B.V. Kadam,Lecturer (Selection Grade) Mechanical Dept of Bharati Vidyapeeth Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Technology,Pune was organized on 18th Sept 2019 at Principal K. S. Sheikh sir Cabin on 18 sept. 2019 for Head of all Engg. Departments and Computer Engg. Department Faculty members. NBA constitutes an evaluation team comprising one Chairperson and one or two Evaluators for each programme to be considered for accreditation. Kadam sir narrated the guidelines and helped us understand the process and details of NBA process.

A guest lecture on personality development was organized on 15 sept. 2019 by Mr. Pradyumna Vijay Agate for Second year Computer Engg. Students. The session was organized to bring over all shine in the student’s personality, to make them able to form a healthy rapport with anybody of any age bracket and to get a wonderful edge. Moreover, the lecture was interactive. It also helped the students to build a positive attitude and motivated them to achieve high success in life. The lecture was enlightening experience as it helped to rediscover oneself as a human being, as a student, as a fresher who was looking for his/her dream job. The guest lecture was conducted to provide the students with an insight of global exposure and understanding of various key concepts like Dedication, Self-confidence, Leadership skills, Positive attitude, Discipline, Enthusiasm, Hard work and the importance of communication in every sphere of our life. He explained the importance of having good leadership skills among students and conducted various activities in groups to explain the same. The key learnings for the students from the session are - How to set goals and how to define time needed to achieve these goals and How to get inspirations to achieve these goals.

A Guest Lecture was organized for Girls Students and ladies faculty of Computer Engg. Department on 19th sept. 2019 on “Cybercrime and Girl Safety”. The lecture was conducted by Mahila Police Constable Mrs. Jotsana Mundhe. The session was very informative and interactive. She explained about Cyber Crime and Cyber Security mechanisms and tools with some live examples. The objective of the Guest lecture was to enlighten the students with the advanced technology in the Cyber Security. During session an inspiring video of Acid attack survivor Laxmi was played. Also student delivered inspiring speech regarding girl crimes. Mundhe mam told about “Pratisad App” for registering complaints against sinisters. Mundhe mam formed a group of all girls and ladies staff.
